Free time to explore the city.In the afternoon, we will visit SPEYER, a small German town of just about 50,000 inhabitants located on the banks of the Rhine, in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. You will have free time to stroll through its streets and visit the largest Romanesque cathedral that has survived to this day: the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption and Saint Stephen, one of the three so-called Imperial Cathedrals of Germany, along with those of Mainz and Worms.
