Day 1
Greeting at Leticia Airport: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our Amazon Experience Coordinator, who will guide you throughout your tour.
Ground Transfer to Burú Nature Hotel Amazonas: After a short 30-minute drive, you will arrive at Burú Nature, where your experience will begin.
Hotel Check-in: Complete your check-in and receive instructions on the hotel's policies and hours for your convenience.
Welcome Lunch: Burú's Umarí restaurant will offer a signature menu that fuses typical Amazonian cuisine with flavors from around the world.
"Ancestral Hands" Workshop:
Welcome from nature: You will be greeted by a woman from the Uitoto community, who will tell you about the mother palm tree and its importance in bracelet making.
Bracelet making process: The guide will explain how the bracelets are made, the origin of this tradition, and how the beads are extracted from the region's fruits.
Creating your own bracelet: In this interactive workshop of approximately 40 minutes, you will have the opportunity to create your own bracelet.
Night jungle trail: As night falls, we will enter the Amazon rainforest. Guided by an expert, you will be able to perceive the colors, aromas, and sounds of nature at night.
Amazonian dinner: At 7:30 p.m., we will enjoy a delicious Amazonian dinner at the Burú Nature restaurant to end the day.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel.
Ground transportation to the Amazon World Ecological Park.
Tour of the theme parks and nature trails, where you will learn about the biodiversity of the Amazon.
Tour of the Park's four eco-routes (Botanical Route, Natural Products Route, Aquarium, and Cultural Village), accompanied by a native environmental interpreter.
Traditional Amazonian patarasca lunch: local fish cooked over charcoal in bijao leaves, accompanied by flour, tapioca, tucupí chili, rice, organic salad, and natural juice.
Ground transportation to Burú Nature.
Amazonian dinner (7:30 p.m.) at the Burú Nature restaurant.
Day 3
Breakfast at Burú Nature Hotel.
Land transfer to the Leticia river port.
Encounter with the Great Amazon River.
Transfer by private boat along the river.
Visit to the community of Mocagua.
Entry to the Maikuchiga Foundation, a primate rehabilitation center where you will learn the "History of the Monkeys."
Arrival to the municipality of Puerto Nariño, recognized as Colombia's ecological nursery.
Traditional lunch in Puerto Nariño.
Navigation on the Amazon River in public areas for responsible pink dolphin watching. (Observation is not guaranteed, as they are in their natural habitat.)
Return by boat to Leticia.
Overnight and dinner at Burú Nature Hotel.
Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free morning for personal activities.
Ground transportation to the airport according to flight schedule.
