Room assignment (subject to availability and hotel occupancy).

Free time to settle in and change.

Walk to the port of Leticia, on the banks of the majestic Amazon River.

First encounter with the great Amazon River and explanation about the imaginary point of the Three Borders, where Colombia, Brazil, and Peru meet.

(This is not a marked physical location; from the boat, you can see the three banks that make up this border crossing.)

Welcome lunch on a floating raft along the riverbank. (Note: If your flight arrives after 2:00 p.m., lunch will be served on your last day at Hotel Waira.)

Return to Leticia and free time to browse craft shops, visit the Banco de la República Ethnographic Museum, and end the afternoon at Santander Park to witness the spectacle of thousands of parrots returning to their nests. (This event does not take place on Sundays or holidays.)

Free time to enjoy the hotel pool.

Dinner at Hotel Waira.

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel.

Walk to the port (4 blocks).

Departure by boat on the great Amazon River to the Marasha Nature Reserve in Peru (approximately 1 hour).

Entrance to the reserve (2-hour hike from July to January; 1-hour canoe ride from February to June).

Accommodation in malocas.

Traditional Peruvian Amazonian lunch.

Canoe and kayak trip on the lake.

Wildlife and flora observation, artisanal fishing.

Dinner.

"Aromas and sounds of the nocturnal jungle" activity (canoe trip on the lake with possible black caiman sightings).

Overnight in malocas.

Day 3

After breakfast at the reserve, we'll begin a cruise along the majestic Amazon River. Our first stop will be Puerto Alegría, a Peruvian riverside community, where we'll have a brief cultural encounter to learn about the local way of life.

We'll continue to Cacao Island, a privileged natural setting where, with a little luck, we might spot sloths resting in their habitat.

The journey will continue to Puerto Nariño, a model municipality in sustainability and conservation. There, we'll enjoy a typical regional lunch at the Moroapu restaurant.

At the end of the tour, we'll return by boat to the Arara Biohotel, where dinner will be ready to round off the day.

Within the biohotel, you'll find the hydration station (water, aromatic herbs, and coffee), the dining room, and the reception on the first floor. On the second floor of the maloca, you can enjoy board games, hammock areas, and a social area. You'll also have the opportunity to visit the innovative, enchanting "Mirador" treehouse, approximately 30 meters high.

Day 4

Breakfast at the Biohotel.

Shared boat transfer to Leticia.

Land transfer to Burú Nature Hotel.

Arrival, check-in, and welcome briefing with general instructions, hotel rules, and stay hours.

Lunch at Burú's Umarí restaurant: a signature menu that fuses Amazonian cuisine with global influences, creating a unique culinary experience for the senses.

Free afternoon to rest and connect with the hotel's natural surroundings: the jungle, its sounds, aromas, and the peace that surrounds it.

At dusk, meet at the Yoi maloca to participate in the Ancestral Hands workshop, a space for exchange with Indigenous women who will share their art, knowledge, and worldview, deeply connected to the Amazonian territory. The activity will culminate with a ritual of permission to the Mother Forest.

Special dinner celebrating the flavors and traditions of the Amazon.

This itinerary is subject to modifications due to weather conditions, but scheduled activities will remain in place. River trips along the Amazon will be carried out on shared boats.
